Relocation Assistant
:
Watson Realty Corp is looking for detail oriented Administrative Assistant for the Relocation Dept. The candidate will support all departments in Relocation as directed by the EVP, Relocation. In this role, the person must be accurate, reliable, flexible to help other departments, detail oriented, versatile and able to multitask while working independently. This person will also be the creative and training admin for the Military on the Move program.
Responsibilities:
- Database Entry, Modification & Processing Closings
- Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Reporting
- Training, Maintaining and Overseeing Military on the Move Program
- Relocation support
- Processing Referral Agreements
- Social Media Content & ProLink+ Marketing
- Watson Associate Relocation Training Tracking
- Special projects and other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years Office Admin experience
- Detailed, accurate and effective time management skills
- Adaptable to cross train and work as a supportive team member in various departments
- Proficient in Data Entry
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
