Home Maintenance Crewman

Island Home & Estate Management (IHEM) is a thriving residential property management company that simplifies the care of seasonal homes and coastal estates in the Palm Beach and Martin County area. We are currently seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Home Maintenance Worker to join our team. This role involves hands-on exterior home maintenance tasks and offers the potential for full-time employment.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily exterior home maintenance tasks.
- Pressure wash home exteriors and hardscapes.
- Wash windows and polish metal fixtures.
- Set-up and move outdoor furniture.
- Identify and report any maintenance issues.
Qualifications
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Clear English language communication skills.
- Flexibility with shift schedules.
- Ability to multitask and complete high-quality work quickly.
- Valid Driver's License held for 3+ years with no incidents.
- Experience in residential home services, groundskeeping, or hospitality services is preferred.
Compensation
The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $19.00 - $22.00 .
