Systems Analyst (Advanced)

Sansar Tec is looking for a seasoned Systems Analyst who can jump into complex financial applications and drive meaningful improvements. Think of this as a hybrid role where you’re part lead developer, part process analyst, and part subject-matter expert. You’ll help redesign business processes, analyze financial systems, support development efforts, and make sure new solutions are both scalable and rock-solid.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as developer and SME on applications supporting complex financial business processes.
• Design and implement robust, scalable solutions in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Guide QA efforts from development through production deployment.
• Troubleshoot issues using structured tools and cross-team collaboration.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives—standards, processes, roadmaps, documentation.

REQUIREMENTS

Required Experience

• 7+ years as a lead developer or development manager.
• 5+ years working with development technologies including Oracle or similar relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with complex financial systems development.
• Experience supporting cross-functional enterprise-level application environments.

Highly Desired:

• Microsoft Visual Studio / .NET
• ORMs such as Entity Framework or n-Hibernate

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• OR equivalent work experience
