Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $14 - $16 / hour*

What you'll be doing as an Construction Site Housekeeper :

• Check trash pails in the house, empty into designated on-site trash receptacles
• Clean, disinfect & wipe down kitchen (& laundry area), including the outside of cabinets; counters; sink(s); appliances in kitchen, including the fridge, dishwasher, microwave & cooktop, as well as any small countertop appliances
• Clean the inside of the microwave & oven door
• Clean, disinfect, & wipe down bathrooms, including outside of cabinets; counters; sink(s); toilets; showers/tub
• Squeegee shower/tub glass doors & mirrors, as required
• Provide SWIFFER dusting of flat surfaces, picture frames & horizontal blinds
• Wipe & "fluff" sofa/chair cushions & pillows
• Vacuum all floors & carpets, including under furniture whenever possible
• Clean, disinfect & mop all tile floors
• Lanai cleaning, including Swiffer dusting flat surfaces, clean disinfect & wipe down outdoor furniture & table tops, including all flat glass surfaces, Vacuum, clean, disinfect & mop all tile floors
• If there is an outdoor kitchen/barbeque area, clean all stainless appliances, counter & sinks as required -Squeegee glass slider panels
• Spot clean if full squeegee clean is not required.

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
• Need PPE e.g Rubber gloves for bath cleaning
• Able to lift 10lb
• Background Check and Drug Screening required
