We are seeking a restaurant employee to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare orders and keep the restaurant current as per the franchise's standards.
- Be a team crew
- Finished daily tasks in a given time manner
- Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
- Resolve escalated customer complaints
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
