About the Role

You’ll lead or support day-to-day construction operations for ground-up new construction and high-end renovations . From pre-construction to punch-out , you'll manage timelines, budgets, trades, and client expectations on projects where flawless execution is everything .

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing or coordinating construction projects — must be with a General Contractor
• Luxury residential construction background required (single-family homes, custom builds, or major renovations)
• Proven ability to manage field operations, schedules, materials, and subs
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Experience in procurement is a plus
• Construction Management degree or trade school background is helpful
• Fluent in English – Spanish or Portuguese a bonus
