Tour Operations & Reservation Specialist

A bout the Role:

Join a fast-paced, friendly, and dynamic sightseeing tour company as part of our Operations Team ! We’re looking for a motivated individual who enjoys helping travelers experience the best that Central Florida has to offer.

As a Operations Team Member you’ll play a key role in the smooth daily operation of our sightseeing tours - from assisting customers to coordinating with tour guides and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service via phone and email, assisting guests with reservations and inquiries.
• Process daily paperwork, including ticket and payment reconciliation.
• Collaborate with tour guides, vendors, and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and accuracy in all communications.
• Work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus!).
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of the Orlando/Kissimmee tourism corridor is highly beneficial.
• Valid Class E or higher driver’s license (ability to drive a 14-passenger vehicle occasionally required).
• Ability to work flexible hours - including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test .
• All interviews are conducted in person .
