The Royal Caribbean Group’s Entertainment Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full-time Specialist, Entertainment and Enrichment Operations reporting to our Manager, Entertainment and Enrichment Programs.
Position Overview
Assist manager with scheduling, recruitment, and contracting for all entertainment and enrichment personnel and vendor negotiations, legal documentation. Coordinates travel, logistics and oversite, maintains active grids and schedules
- Support scheduling, sourcing, and onboarding of Guest Entertainers, Lecturers, Dance Hosts, Bridge, Culinary, S.A.L.T., and other personnel as directed by the supervisor.
- Preparing and tracking entertainment and enrichment contracts, including uploading documents to the legal database and coordinating communication between Legal, vendors, and the supervisor.
- Provide logistical and administrative support to Charters & Incentives planners for special entertainment programs.
- Help coordinate the annual ordering and shipping of holiday decorations in collaboration with vessels, logistics, and suppliers.
- Assist in compiling and reviewing entertainment-related guest satisfaction ratings for quality monitoring.
- Support Entertainment when needed on special projects
- Help maintain public area and suite music libraries, including coordination with vendors for updates.
- Assist in monitoring TV, music, satellite, and movie content to ensure compliance with company guidelines.
- Help track budget spend and forecasts; assist in budget preparation as needed.
- Provide general support during absences due to vacation or illness.
- Perform other duties related to Entertainment and Enrichment Operations as assigned.
- Assist in coordinating tasks among Monaco and Manila team

- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. MXP/database experience preferred.
