<\/p>

Our Fire Services Sales & Relationship Developer is responsible <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> for generating new business, expanding existing client relationships, and promoting Randall Fire Services’ presence in the overall Central Florida market and around Florida. <\/span><\/span><\/span>

Experience Required <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

• 5+ years of real, hands\-on field, estimating, and management experience in the Alarm and Fire Suppression trades, and <\/span><\/span>

• 5+ years of business development experience in the Alarm and Fire Suppression trades. <\/span><\/span>

  Essential Functions <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>

  • Generate new business. Focus on developing and executing strategies to attract new clients and sales with businesses, property owners, and contractors throughout the region. <\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
    
    
  • Create detailed proposals for services like system installation, maintenance, and upgrades. <\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
    
    
  • Build existing client relationships. Establish and maintain ongoing connections with existing, past, and new clients to ensure long\-term partnerships. <\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
    
    
  • Work closely with clients and project managers to understand the criteria required to meet project requirements. <\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
    
    
  • Drive growth and improve divisional processes. <\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
    
    
  • Expand service offerings such as emergency lighting, exit doors, and testing. <\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
    
    
  • Leverage technology to provide more efficient and integrated solutions. <\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
    
    
  • Expand the client base in the commercial fire protection industry throughout Central Florida. <\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
    
    
  • Provide tailored solutions to meet and exceed the fire safety requirements of customers. <\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
    
    
  • Assist in the negotiation of contracts as required. <\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
    
    
  • Utilize strategic planning, technical skills, market analysis, and competitor tracking to pursue new opportunities. <\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
    
    
  • Identify potential cost advantages and efficiencies. <\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
    
    
  • Identity potential cost overruns and potential issues. <\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
    
    
  • Stay updated on industry trends, materials costs, and competitor pricing. <\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>

    • High School \/ Higher Education diploma required. <\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Suite (Excel) and Bluebeam. <\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • Communication skills (can speak to people in a professional environment). <\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
      
      
    • Strong English language ability required, bilingual (English \/ Spanish) preferred. <\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • Time conscious (can be on time and efficient). <\/span><\/span><\/span>

      Physical Requirements <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>

      This is primarily an hybrid office \/ road position and, as such, you must be able <\/span><\/span><\/span> to sit up to six or more hours in an eight\-hour workday, lift light objects such as files and paperwork frequently during the day, and objects weighing up to 10 pounds occasionally during the day. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> You must also be able to bend, stretch, crouch, and lift as required by the job. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
