If You Are/Have

• Customer Service expert with demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Detailed oriented and take pride in accuracy, quality, safety, and timeliness as a signature of your work.
• Enjoy helping educate/mentor/coach/supervise experienced field staff.
• Basic understanding of business & financials, and their impact on operations.
• Willing to hold field staff accountable for performance whether positive or negative.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve conflict in a professional manner to create 'win-win' scenarios.
• Ability to read, interpret, utilize and train using manuals, schematics, and control circuits related to HVAC systems.
• Prior supervisory position preferred.
• Have a clean driving record and 3+ years driving experience
