Hematologist/Oncologist Opportunities with AdventHealth Medical Group Central Florida
AdventHealth Medical Group (AHMG) Oncology & Hematology is seeking fellowship-trained, team-oriented hematologist/oncologists to join our well-established practices throughout the Central Florida area. Our group has been serving the community for more than 20 years and continues to expand to meet the needs of a growing patient population.
Opportunities include both primarily outpatient with inpatient rounding on call weekends
Our practices consist of experienced physicians and advanced practice providers, with access to infusion, radiation, surgical, and other specialty services within the AdventHealth system.
Physicians participate in multidisciplinary clinics, research, clinical trials (including Phase I), and daily tumor boards.
Invest in your education with daily tumor boards with each day focusing on a different tumor site.
Add value to the medical community by participating in clinical trials brought to Central Florida through the partnership with AdventHealth Translational Research Institute.
Provide whole person care with collaboration with key partners such as surgical oncology, plastic and reconstruction surgery, inpatient and outpatient palliative care, radiation oncology and many others.
The ideal candidate will have experience with opportunities in malignant hematology, general hematology and oncology and opportunities to specialize in specific solid tumor sites.

Practices are supported by nurse navigators, social workers, chaplaincy, pharmacy, nutrition, and other comprehensive services.

Requirements
Board certification in Internal Medicine with subspecialty certification/eligibility in Hematology and/or Medical Oncology.
