Maintenance Technician
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Carmel, IN. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by performing a variety of maintenance tasks. Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities.
- Conduct inspections to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve maintenance processes.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts if needed.
