Bilingual Spanish Confirmation Specialist - On-Site
- Hourly base pay plus uncapped commissions

- Verify, qualify, and finalize customer appointments to ensure they meet company requirements
- Contact customers, assess appointment eligibility, document confirmation results
- Work closely with scheduling and sales teams
- Manage leads by tracking, following up, and setting appointments to achieve sales and productivity objectives
- Schedule: Mon-Fri 11:30am to 8pm
- Weekend availability - a must, Sat and Sun 10am to 7pm
- At least one (1) year experience in a quality assurance, call center role
- Must be tech-savvy and familiar with data entry and Microsoft Office
- Ability to type 30 WPM or more
- Familiarity with Five9 - a plus!
- Multitasking between engaging with customers and entering data on different platforms efficiently
- Bilingual skills in both English and Spanish
- Active listening skills and ability to build rapport
- Outgoing personality, assertive and professional
- Attention to detail
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
