We’re seeking a highly motivated, experienced Branch Manager to guide sales activities, lead daily operations, and inspire a talented team — including Account Managers, Operations Supervisors and technical crews — to deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee field and support operations to meet contractual obligations and exceed client expectations.
• Build strong relationships with clients through proactive communication, site visits, and professional correspondence.
• Drive sales growth through enhancement opportunities on existing accounts and acquisition of new clients.
• Manage branch financial performance to ensure efficient and profitable use of resources.
• Champion a safety-first culture — where safety is recognized as “The Tool for Life.”
• Develop, mentor, and coach team members to create a strong pipeline of future leaders.

Qualifications

• Engaging leadership style with a proven ability to inspire and lead teams.
• Landscape Management, or related field strongly preferred (Associate’s Degree + experience considered).
• 5–7 years’ experience in professional landscape management, including leadership of other managers.
• Strong knowledge of regional horticultural practices and high-level property maintenance (preferred).
• Exceptional client service mindset and communication skills; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
