Automotive Bookkeeper

Supporting the Northlake Blvd . dealerships , the Bookkeeper is responsible for assisting the controller with various duties within the accounting department.

Job Responsibilities:

• Reporting of vehicles sold to Manufacture.


• Submission of Factory Incentives / Rebates.


• Coordinate and help assist Billers.


• Ensuring accounts and schedules are reconciled


• Coordinate accounting matters with other departments, locations, and divisions.


• Prepare various accounting reports and review the accuracy of them.


• Use software to input, retrieve, or display accounting information.


• Utilize skills such as data entry and scheduling reconciliation.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.


• Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Automotive accounting background


• Minimum Associates Required


• Experience with CDK


• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local/law regulations.


• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
