Member Service Representative – Contact Center

Location: Hybrid – Pensacola, FL 32526

Job Type: Contract-to-Hire (6 months)

Pay: $17.50/hour

Start Date: July 27, 2026

About the Role

We are seeking Member Service Representatives to support a fast-paced, high-volume contact center environment. In this role, you will assist members with consumer loan inquiries and financial products while delivering exceptional customer service in a structured, performance-driven setting. You’ll handle back-to-back calls, navigate multiple systems, and provide accurate, compliant support to ensure a positive member experience.

Work Setup & Training

Training: July 27 – September 9, 2026

  • Monday–Friday
  • 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM CST
  • Attendance required

After Training:

  • Hybrid schedule

⏰ Schedule Requirements

  • Must be available to work Monday–Saturday OR Sunday–Friday
  • One fixed day off + one rotating day
  • Must maintain a 9.5-hour daily availability window
  • Shifts fall between 1:30 PM – 12:30 AM (ET)

Sample Shift Options (CST):

  • 2:30 PM – 12:00 AM
  • 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM
  • 1:30 PM – 11:00 PM

(Shift availability may vary based on business needs)

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls
  • Assist members with loans, accounts, and financial inquiries
  • Process transactions (loans, deposits, credit accounts)
  • Provide accurate, compliant information
  • Recommend products/services based on member needs
  • Document all interactions thoroughly
  • Follow strict schedules, including breaks and meals

✅ Required Qualifications

  • 1–2+ years of customer service experience in high-volume environments
  • Background in call center, banking, retail, or administrative roles preferred
  • Ability to manage back-to-back calls and meet performance metrics
  • Strong computer skills with accurate data entry
  • Ability to multitask across multiple systems
  • Excellent communication and phone skills
  • Reliable attendance in a structured, schedule-driven environment

  • Financial services or consumer loan experience
  • Contact center experience supporting accounts
  • Banking, mortgage, or credit Background
  • Sales mindset with ability to identify needs and recommend solutions

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
