Al Packer Ford Lincoln in West Palm Beach is currently looking for a Quick Lane Technician to join our fast-paced service team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has a strong attention to detail, and is passionate about automotive repair.

What You'll Do:
As a Quick Lane Technician, you'll be responsible for performing essential vehicle maintenance and light repair services with speed and precision. You’ll work in our Quick Lane facility, helping customers keep their vehicles running safely and smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance services

• Inspect and top off fluids, replace filters, and check vehicle systems

• Perform battery tests and replacements

• Mount, balance, and inspect tires

• Assist with vehicle inspections and safety checks

• Communicate effectively with service advisors and other team members

• Keep work area clean and organized

• Follow all safety procedures and dealership standards

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a lube tech or Quick Lane technician preferred (Post-technical school graduates encouraged to apply!)

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Strong work ethic and a team player attitude

• Willingness to learn and grow within the dealership
