Server

We’re bringing the vibrant flavors and warm hospitality of the Mediterranean to Miami Beach — led by world-renowned Chef Eyal Shani — and we’re looking for experienced, passionate, and guest-focused Servers to join our opening front-of-house team!

In this role, you will deliver exceptional service by guiding guests through the menu, creating memorable dining experiences, and upholding the highest standards of hospitality.

You will work closely with management, the kitchen, and your fellow service professionals to ensure a smooth, polished, and welcoming environment for every guest.

Responsibilities:

• Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to all guests
• Guide guests through the menu, making thoughtful food and beverage recommendations
• Accurately take orders and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks
• Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
• Anticipate guest needs and handle requests with professionalism and care
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service stations
• Follow all service standards, health, and safety guidelines
• Work collaboratively with the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth service

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant, preferably in upscale casual or fine dining
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
• Strong teamwork and time-management skills
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic wine or cocktail knowledge is a plus
