Experienced Embroidery & Print Associate
Embroidery Specialist Helper – Lightfire Printing:
- Location : In-Office (Sunrise).
 - Job Type : Full-Time.
 - Compensation : Based on Experience.

Embroidery Production:
- Assist with setting up and operating embroidery machines, including threading, loading designs, digitizing, and monitoring machine progress.
 - Prepare fabrics, threads, and backings for embroidery.
 - Help load and unload finished items, ensuring smooth operations.
 
 Quality Control & Finishing Touches: 
- Perform quality checks on embroidered products to ensure they meet company standards.
 - Trim threads and make final adjustments to ensure high-quality output.
 - Ensure clean and organized workspaces and maintain a safe environment.
 
 Customer Service & Order Processing: 
- Handle inquiries and assist customers on platforms like Amazon, eBay, Etsy, ensuring order accuracy and resolving concerns.
 - Process orders and track shipments in a timely manner.
 - Assist with inventory management and keep stock levels updated.
 
 Machine Maintenance & Production Support: 
- Support basic machine troubleshooting and perform routine maintenance on embroidery machines.
 - Work alongside team members to ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently.
 
 Team Collaboration & Additional Tasks: 
- Be flexible and assist in various tasks to support production.
 - Collaborate with others in a small, close-knit team to ensure the success of each project.
 
 Qualifications & Requirements: 
- Experience Required: Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is required.
 - Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move materials for extended periods.
 - Attention to Detail : High level of accuracy when following instructions and ensuring quality output.
 - Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication, especially for customer service interactions.
 - Team-Oriented & Adaptable: Ability to work with others and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
 - Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime or weekends when necessary to meet deadlines.
