Bartender
- Cocktail Preparation: Create and serve a wide range of classic and innovative cocktails, as well as non-alcoholic beverages, using high-quality ingredients and precise techniques.
- Customer Service: Provide attentive, personalized service to guests, including taking drink orders, making recommendations, and addressing any special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Bar Management: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including managing inventory, stocking supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Guest Engagement: Build rapport with guests, ensuring they feel valued and attended to, while responding to their needs in a professional and courteous manner.
- Quality Control: Ensure the consistency and quality of all beverages served, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow staff members, including servers and kitchen personnel, to ensure seamless service and coordination throughout the restaurant.
- Sales and Upselling: Promote and upsell premium spirits, wines, and specialty cocktails to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
- 2-3 years related experience as a bartender in a fine dining or high-end establishment preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of mixology and cocktail recipes is essential.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Bartending or mixology certification is a plus.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance consistent with the fine dining environment

- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs at times.
- Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly frequent movements from place to place within the work area and property. Bend, lift, carry, reach/extend arms, and hands above shoulder height frequently, or otherwise move in a constantly changing environment.
- Climbing steps regularly
- Prolonged periods standing or sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
