Busser / Barback
CHIRINGO – Grayton Beach, FL
Summary:
Support the front-of-house and bar team by keeping the restaurant and bar areas clean, stocked, and guest-ready in a fast-paced beachside environment.
Responsibilities:
- Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and thoroughly
- Assist servers with running food, water, and non-alcoholic drinks
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, patios, and service stations
- Restock glassware, ice, garnishes, juices, and bar supplies
- Collect and wash glassware and bar tools as needed
- Take out trash, break down boxes, and maintain back-of-house cleanliness
- Support bartenders during busy shifts with restocking and basic prep
- Follow all safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications:
- Restaurant or bar experience preferred, but not required
- Able to work on your feet for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Team-oriented, reliable, and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic in a busy beach atmosphere
