$150,000$175,000 Base Salary | 20% Production Bonus | $25,000 Sign-On Bonus | Equity Opportunity | Full Clinical Autonomy A growing veterinary hospital in the highly desirable Nashville, Tennessee area is seeking an ambitious Medical Director / Veterinarian who wants to take the next step beyond a traditional Associate Veterinarian position. This is a unique opportunity to lead a hospital, build your own team, shape the practice around your vision, and work toward genuine equity and future practice ownership without the significant upfront investment and financial risk typically associated with purchasing an established veterinary practice. What You'll Receive
- $150,000$175,000 base salary, dependent on experience
