Restaurant Manager | Fast Casual
A quickly-growing, fresh-forward fast casual concept is looking for a Restaurant Manager who leads with purpose, develops people relentlessly, and holds the standard on guest experience every single shift.

- Strong command of both FOH and BOH operations

- Comfort with P&L analysis and using data to drive results

- A track record of maintaining high standards in cleanliness, food quality, and guest satisfaction
- Experience with scheduling, ordering, and hitting financial and operational targets

- Some P&L and sales-building exposure strongly preferred
