POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a polished and detail-oriented Barista to deliver exceptional beverage experiences in a fast-paced luxury dining environment. This role requires precision, organization, and a passion for quality, as you will be responsible for crafting specialty coffees, teas, and other beverages while maintaining a clean, fully stocked, and visually impeccable barista station. The Barista plays a key role in enhancing the guest experience through consistency, efficiency, and elevated presentation standards.

YOUR ROLE
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to established standards
- Set up andmaintainthe barista station with milk, milk alternatives, and all necessary supplies
- Refill coffee grinders withappropriate beansand ensure proper calibration
- Brew iced tea and prepare tea bags with prescribed portions of loose-leaf teas
- Restock bottled water, sugar caddies, and all beverage accompaniments per SOP
Ensure all cups, saucers, spoons, and barista tools are clean, polished, andproperly organized - Maintain cleanliness and organization of fridges, ensuring proper storage and FIFO practices for all perishable items
- Ensure trash areas are clean andmaintainedaccording to sanitation standards
- Monitor stock levels and communicate needs to management proactively
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, efficiency, and consistency in all tasks
Work collaboratively with team members to support smooth service operations - Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and a performance-driven mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods andfrequentlylift upto 50lbs

REQUIREMENTS
- Previousbarista or restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communicationand interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor with a focus on hospitality and guest experience
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to read and speak English proficiently
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
