As a Security Officer Patrol Lead in Tampa, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. In this role, you will support daily operations through strong communication, customer service, and teamwork while reflecting our values of reliability, innovation, agility, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to all visitors, drivers, and/or personnel by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site and Allied Universal guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including operational areas, entry points, loading zones, and perimeter areas, as working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Monitor the movement of vehicles, deliveries, and/or pedestrians to help support authorized access and identify activity that may require further attention.
• Complete routine logs, incident reports, and/or other documentation related to security-related activities, observations, and site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A TSA issued TWIC is required.
• Comfortable use of a computer or tablet is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
