THE ACCOUNT MANAGER ROLE IS FOR YOU IF:

THE ROLE: As a Landscape Maintenance Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

Customer Relations & Sales :

• Retaining customers and managing all aspects of customer relations.


• Conducting physical property inspections.


• Maintaining consistent communication with customers.

Employee Management:

• Training all new hires effectively.


• Managing time efficiently to optimize productivity.


• Collaborating with leadership to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for personnel management.


• Promoting a culture of professionalism and excellence in commercial landscape maintenance.

Equipment Management:

• Ensuring proper use and maintenance of equipment to minimize repair needs.


• Training personnel on equipment use and maintenance best practices.


• Conducting weekly truck inspections and ensuring organization and cleanliness.


• Completing weekly inspection sheets.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Our goal is to meet the customer's needs whether it is Pool Service, Lawn Maintenance, Landscaping or Tree Services.

Brent Moore Jr. , native of Valdosta Georgia, started his business in March of 2011. His desire is to create a total outdoor experience for all of his customers. Upon starting his business in March of 2011 he had hoped that in 5 years he would have 5 team members, as of 2023 Proficient Pool & Landscaping has grown to some 47 team members with 6 Service Divisions - Pool Service/Repair, Lawn Maintenance, Tree Services, Irrigation, Christmas Lighting, and Landscaping. Brent has a beautiful wife and 2 beautiful children. Brent has a heart for ministry not only among his teams, his home church's worship team but has also opened a Christian Men's Recovery Residence.
