Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative with a scientific background to join our support team. This role bridges the gap between scientific expertise and customer care, helping clients with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and order support related to our technical offerings.
This role is a 3.5 month contract to hire, salary $18-22/hr depending on experience
\n Responsibilities:- Serve as the first point of contact for customers.
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate products or services based on their scientific needs.
- Interpret and explain product specifications, protocols, and technical documentation.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's concern, determining the root cause, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Participate in product training and stay up to date with developments in relevant scientific fields.
- Prior experience working within the scientific industry or a degree in the scientific field
- Strong communication/customer service skills
$18 - $22 an hour
