Job Description and Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate will be trained to utilize a tablet to identify issues within the structure, move boxes, and perform cleaning and general labor duties.
• Enter structures which may involve bending, climbing stairs, and navigating small spaces.
• Move boxes within the structure.
• This role involves physical activity, including bending, climbing stairs, and working in small spaces.
• Perform cleaning and general labor duties.

Essential Skills

• Experience with manual labor.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Not afraid of heights.
• Not claustrophobic.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Proficient with the use of wrenches, power tools, and hand tools.
• Experience in repair, assembly, mechanical work, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in mechanical assembly, production, construction, or solar industries.
• Effective communication skills to report issues to managers and engineers on-site.

Work Environment and Shift

This is a physical job that can be more demanding in summer heat.

It requires LOTO training (which we provide) and the ability to work in confined spaces with only 32” of clearance.

The role offers exposure to high-tech robotics and the potential for temp-to-perm opportunities.

Sunday- Wednesday

5PM - 5AM with rotating Wednesdays

BACK HALF NIGHTS

Wednesday - Saturday

5PM - 5AM with rotating Wednesdays

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brooksville, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
