Community Outreach Representative - Entry Level

We’re hiring a Community Outreach Representative to join our growing marketing and events team . This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in brand promotion, public engagement, and outreach coordination .

Key Responsibilities

• Represent leading client brands at live events , pop-ups, and local activations—bringing campaigns to life and building meaningful community connections.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing events and community outreach campaigns
• Promote client brands through face-to-face engagement at events and on-site promotions
• Interact with attendees to explain products, services, and brand missions
• Support event setup, coordination, and breakdown
• Collect public feedback and performance data to improve future campaigns
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all community efforts
• Perform basic administrative tasks including event reports, data entry, and tracking KPIs

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment
• Previous experience in event marketing, customer service , or public outreach is a plus
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
