Responsibilities

Pediatrix® Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Neonatologist to join our well-established practice at HCA Florida Gulf Coast Hospital in Panama City, Florida ?a vibrant coastal community known for its stunning beaches and relaxed lifestyle.

Practice Highlights

• Thrive in a busy, 28-bed Level III NICU with an average daily census of 19 and approximately 2,700 annual deliveries.
• Enjoy a flexible schedule designed to support work-life balance with alternating weeks of service.
• Option of in-house call or daily rounds and evening call from home (m ust reside within 30 minutes of the hospital if scheduled for out-of-house call)
• Collaborate with a cohesive team of in-house NNPs providing 24/7 coverage.
• Full subspecialty support and a dedicated transport team.

• A 282-bed acute care facility and the only provider of pediatric ER, PICU, and Level III NICU services in the surrounding area.
