We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional service and making a difference in our community. Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to assist customers.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
