Senior E Billing Specialist

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior E Billing Specialist in Tampa, FL. Summary: Our client, a large professional services organization in Tampa is seeking a Senior E-Billing Specialist to join its Revenue and Billing team. This position will play a critical role in managing the electronic billing process and serving as a liaison between internal stakeholders and clients to ensure invoices are submitted, processed, and resolved efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal or professional services billing, hands-on e-billing experience, and the ability to manage complex billing arrangements in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of electronic billing for assigned accounts
• Submit invoices through various e-billing platforms and vendor portals
• Monitor invoice status and proactively resolve billing issues
• Research and resolve invoice rejections, reductions, and payment delays
• Manage appeals and coordinate necessary corrections to ensure successful invoice submission
• Process matter requests and client onboarding requirements
• Support timekeeper setup, approvals, and rate submissions
• Partner with attorneys, billing professionals, and finance teams to ensure compliance with client billing guidelines
• Maintain accurate billing records and documentation
• Analyze billing data and generate reports as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office Suite skills
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment
• 5+ years of billing experience
• Minimum 1-3+ years of legal billing experience with exposure to the full billing lifecycle
• Demonstrated hands-on e-billing experience beyond invoice submission
