Systems Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with in-depth expertise in Microsoft Power Apps, as well as substantial experience in Power BI, Dynamics 365, and SQL. This role involves designing and implementing custom business applications, dashboards, and integrations that enhance business operations and enable data-driven decision-making.

Role Overview

The Systems Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business-critical applications and dashboards across the Microsoft ecosystem. This includes custom solutions built in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) , Power BI dashboards, Dynamics 365 integrations, and Power Automate workflows . The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and can transform business needs into scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop business applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)


• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards with effective data visualizations and DAX calculations


• Integrate custom applications with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse


• Automate workflows and complex processes using Power Automate


• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, tailored solutions


• Create and maintain technical documentation and provide user training/support


• Apply Microsoft’s best practices in ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), governance, and security


• Stay informed of new Microsoft ecosystem features, tools, and updates

Qualifications & Certifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field

Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise-level systems development

Required Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)


• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals
