StickX Golf is a fast-growing golf equipment trade-in and e-commerce company headquartered in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. We’re looking for a Golf Equipment Specialist to join our listing team—someone with strong golf knowledge who is also comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Inspect, evaluate, and grade new and pre-owned golf clubs for resale condition and specifications
• Create accurate golf club listings for e-commerce platforms
• Enter detailed club data including brand, model, shaft, flex, loft/lie, and condition ratings
• Maintain consistency and accuracy in product descriptions and condition grading
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient processing and turnaround times

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of work experience in the golf industry (retail, club fitting, operations, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of golf equipment, including brands, shafts, club specs, and current market
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, repetitive, detail-oriented production environment
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and data entry tasks
• Strong focus on accuracy, with low error and return rates
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs and sitting/standing for extended periods

Golf equipment knowledge is required—this is not a general administrative or entry-level data entry role.
