SMT Electronics Operator - 2nd shift

- Operate and monitor SMT and electronics manufacturing equipment used in the production of circuit card assemblies (CCAs).
- Maintain and operate complex electronics assembly machinery using established procedures, schematics, and approved documentation.
- Adjust machine settings and parameters to support production requirements and ensure quality output.
- Perform machine set-up and material loading for electronic components and circuit boards.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting on SMT equipment.
- Perform off-line material setup and feeder preparation as required.
- Review work instructions and technical documentation to ensure accurate component placement and manufacturing processes.
- Support training of other operators on electronics manufacturing equipment.
- Participate in continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and follow technical work instructions and manufacturing documentation.
- Ability to lift or move materials up to 20 lbs.
- Ability to work overtime as required.
- Ability to work in an electronics manufacturing environment.
- This role may encounter high risk or hazardous operations and/or include working shifts beyond a standard workweek. As such, a requirement of the role is to be at least 18 years of age by the time of joining.
- Experience operating SMT or electronics manufacturing equipment (pick-and-place, screen printers, reflow ovens, etc.).
- Experience working with printed circuit boards or circuit card assemblies.
- 3-5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or similar production environments.
- Familiarity with component handling, feeder setup, and electronic production processes.
