Senior Customer Service Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Customer Service Lead for a direct hire opportunity in Miami, FL with an international health insurance administrator.

Must be bilingual English/French

This opportunity is ideal for someone with insurance customer service experience, strong problem-solving skills, and fluency in French. The company supports international clients across Europe, Asia, and India, and offers standard working hours with no requirement to align to European time zones.

Responsibilities

- Handle complex customer service inquiries involving medical information, insurance coverage, member support, and case-related questions.
- Serve as a senior resource within the customer service function while remaining an individual contributor.
- Resolve member issues rather than simply routing or dispatching calls, with a focus on quality service and clear communication.
- Support international members and clients with professionalism, discretion, and sensitivity to cultural and language differences.
- Maintain accurate documentation of calls, inquiries, resolutions, and relevant medical or insurance information.

Compensation and Benefits

- Direct hire opportunity.
- Salary starts at approximately $65,000 per year

Additional Skills

- Fluency in French is required.

- 3 to 5 years of relevant customer service, client care, insurance, healthcare, or medical support experience.
- Insurance customer service background preferred, especially in health insurance or international health benefits.
