CPA or CPA eligibility required
MS in Taxation preferred
Public accounting experience essential
Strong teamwork orientation with a commitment to high-quality, precise work
Ability to interact confidently with clients, exhibiting executive presence
Proficiency with technology, especially in a paperless environment Key Responsibilities: Reviewing individual and entity tax returns
Assisting the Tax practice with day-to-day tax issues
Liaising with federal and state tax authorities as necessary
Conducting research on complex tax matters
Leading engagement planning and execution
Mentoring and training junior staff
Supporting business development initiatives
