Title Sales Representative
Our client is seeking a Title Sales Representative to drive new business, strengthen industry relationships, and serve as a key liaison between the title team and real estate professionals. This role is ideal for a licensed title agent or sales professional with an existing network who's ready to grow in a supportive, high-activity environment focused on relationship-building and results.
Salary: $35,000 base + commission
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Engage leads via LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
 - Attend open houses, meetups, and networking events.
 - Build relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and investors.
 
Client Relationship Management
- Keep clients informed throughout transactions.
 - Share educational content and market updates.
 - Communicate via calls, emails, texts, and social media.
 
Promoting Title Services & Closing Deals
- Share co-branded marketing materials.
 - Highlight company benefits and closing ease.
 - Deliver presentations and host coffee/lunch meetings.
 
Transaction Support & Problem Solving
- Monitor active files and troubleshoot issues.
 - Coordinate with processors and underwriters.
 - Ensure smooth closing and client satisfaction.
 
Marketing & Branding
- Create newsletters and host webinars/workshops.
 - Post educational content and support digital campaigns.
 
Administrative & Reporting
- Maintain CRM data and generate reports.
 - Track sales activity, appointments, and commissions.
 
Continuous Learning & Industry Engagement
- Stay current on title/real estate trends and laws.
 - Attend training, certifications, and monitor competitors.
 
Going the Extra Mile
- Offer referral incentives.
 - Send personalized thank-you or small gifts.
 - Support clients during critical deal stages.
 
Qualifications:
- Active Title License or strong book of business.
 - Sales experience in title, real estate, or mortgage.
 - Strong interpersonal skills and digital presence.
 - Comfortable in a high-activity, relationship-driven role.
 - Local to Melbourne City, FL and able to report to office weekly.
 
 Perks: 
 
- Car Allowance: $450/month
 - Phone Allowance: $75/month
 - Total Earnings Potential: $60K$100K+ per year
 - Base Salary: $35,000+ (based on experience/book of business)
 - Commission: 12% of total file revenue on closed transactions
