What will you be doing?

As the Director of Organic Growth, you will be responsible for scaling Decentralized Masters’ reach and impact through organic channels — including SEO, YouTube, social media, email, community, and partnerships.
You’ll combine analytical rigor with creative innovation to design growth loops, optimize funnels, and ensure that our brand dominates search results, social conversations, and DeFi education spaces globally.

Key Responsibilities

Organic Growth Strategy

• Develop and execute a comprehensive organic growth strategy aligned with company goals for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Identify and prioritize the highest ROI organic channels and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Director of Content Marketing and Director of Paid Growth to ensure holistic marketing alignment.

SEO & Content Optimization

• Oversee the SEO strategy, including keyword research, technical SEO, backlink acquisition, and content optimization.
• Partner with the content team to ensure all assets (blogs, videos, landing pages, and resources) are optimized for search intent and conversion.
• Continuously track performance and update strategies based on ranking data, CTRs, and engagement metrics.

Social & Community Growth

• Lead the organic social media strategy across platforms (YouTube, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram).
• Build and scale Decentralized Masters’ online community through engagement-driven campaigns and initiatives.
• Partner with thought leaders, influencers, and affiliates to expand reach through collaboration and earned media.

Data & Performance Management

• Define and monitor KPIs such as organic traffic growth, conversion rates, engagement, and community expansion.
• Build dashboards and systems to track growth metrics and ROI across all organic channels.
• Run experiments (A/B tests, funnel optimizations, audience tests) to drive continuous improvement.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Build and lead a multidisciplinary growth team spanning SEO specialists, social media strategists, community managers, and analysts.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in marketing, product, and education.

Stay ahead of algorithm changes, new tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive advantage.

Requirements

What do you bring?

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or SEO, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of scaling organic traffic and user growth in high-growth digital or tech environments.
• Deep understanding of SEO, content strategy, analytics, and growth experimentation.
• Strong data literacy — able to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Experience managing and mentoring cross-functional growth teams.

Preferred:

• Background in Web3, fintech, SaaS, or online education.
• Familiarity with DeFi, crypto markets, and blockchain ecosystems.
• Experience growing large-scale online communities or influencer networks.
• Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, HubSpot, and social analytics platforms.
