ERP Analyst

Job Description - Configure and maintain scheduled processes and jobs within Ellucian Banner SIS - Support Student Financials and Financial Aid operations through automation - Develop and maintain documentation for critical financial processes - Collaborate with Tuition, Billing, and Financial Aid teams on system improvements - Monitor job health and proactively resolve failures or anomalies - Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests via ITSM platform - Analyze business needs and propose technology solutions for efficiency - Research and adopt new technologies to support continuous improvement pay rate starts at $35/hr We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to [email protected] learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global's Workforce Privacy Policy: Skills and Requirements - 2+ years of experience working with ERP or Student Information Systems (SIS) - Strong SQL skills (preferably PL/SQL) for querying Oracle databases - Ability to extract, analyze, and transform data for system integrations - Experience with job scheduling tools (Broadcom AppWorx/Automic) - Familiarity with secure data transport protocols (SFTP, API) - Knowledge of structured change management processes - Hands-on experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms - Experience with Ellucian Banner (Student Financials and Financial Aid modules) - Exposure to iPaaS tools (SnapLogic, Informatica, Mulesoft) - Familiarity with AppWorx/Automic for job automation - Experience with Power BI for dashboards and reporting - Understanding of data privacy and security best practices in higher education
