What you'll do :
The Oracle EBS / HRMS Consultant will support the application management of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and HRMS modules, ensuring efficient operations and alignment with business needs. This role requires expertise in Oracle EBS version R12+ and a strong understanding of HRMS processes, with a focus on Compensation Workbench, Payroll, Performance Management, Time & Labor, and User Productivity Toolkit. The analyst will work closely with stakeholders to deliver solutions, resolve issues, and enhance system functionality.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the application lifecycle management of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
- Provide expertise in Oracle EBS modules, including AP, GL, AR, billing, order management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement system enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
- Maintain documentation, including process flows, system configurations, and user guides.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements in HR and payroll operations.
This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days per week at your local office. Hiring locations are Atlanta, Dallas or Tampa.
What you'll need:
- Minimum of three years of hands-on experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite version R12+ including experience with the following Oracle EBS modules:
- Oracle EBS Accounts Payable
- Oracle EBS General Ledger
- Oracle EBS Accounts Receivable
- Oracle EBS Billing
- Oracle EBS Order Management
- Oracle EBS Procurement
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Bonus points if:
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
