Paid Search Specialist (PPC)
This position will work with our team of Pay-Per-Click specialists to manage budgets and ads across Google, Facebook, Bing, and others. Responsibilities include campaign strategy, keyword research, ad text creation, ad refreshes, A/B testing, and bid management. You will play a crucial role increasing our online visibility, driving traffic, and growing our sales revenue. A successful candidate is data-driven, analytical and experienced in managing PPC e-commerce campaigns. This position will report to the VP of Content.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, BingAds, Google Analytics/GA 4
- Proficient at campaign planning/organization and an analytical and critical mindset
- A solid understanding of ad strategies and the capability to research and test new strategies and budgets
- A drive to research competitors and win
- Strong spreadsheet skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Google AdWords Certified
- Proven experience with multiple campaign types on Google Ads and Bing Ads, including Performance Max & Display campaigns
- Experience with G-suite/Google Workspace (docs and spreadsheets)
- Bachelor's degree in business, math, marketing, advertising, economics, finance, analytics, or a related field
What You'll Do
- Campaign management & optimization: Manage campaigns to adjust ads and spend to achieve ROI goals and ensure improvement over time. Test and optimize bids, keywords, text ad copy, image ads (work with our graphics department), and landing pages (work with our website department) to improve campaign performance
- Reporting & analysis: Daily performance analysis and reporting using a variety of analytics platforms.
- Present advertising results using useful KPI's
- Identify search trends and opportunities as well as implement tests to achieve actionable results and improve campaign performance
- Collaborate with product and cross-functional team members to produce creative for campaigns including remarketing, display and search
