This is a dynamic role where you will serve as the backbone of the sales department, ensuring seamless operations and top-tier customer satisfaction.

• Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (In-Office)

Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Communicate directly with customers to enter orders, answer product inquiries, and resolve concerns with timely research.
• Sales Partnership: Collaborate closely with outside sales representatives to fulfill customer requirements and streamline the sales process.
• Administrative Precision: Prepare accurate quotes, contracts, and responses to RFPs/RFIs for potential clients.
• Account Management: Review accounts receivable reports and conduct professional collection follow-ups as needed.
• Data Analysis: Assist in monitoring daily and weekly sales performance, identifying trends, and reporting on sales margins.
• Technical Support: Maintain sales demonstration tools and deliver technical presentations highlighting product benefits to potential customers.
