We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Interventional Pain Management Physician to join a growing, multi-site practice in Jacksonville. This role is designed for a physician skilled in advanced interventional techniques who is committed to delivering evidence-based, patient-centered pain care.

You will diagnose and manage acute and chronic pain conditions using minimally invasive procedures, working within a collaborative, well-supported outpatient environment. The foundation of this opportunity includes strong referral streams, expanding procedural demand, and full administrative infrastructure allowing you to focus on high-quality clinical care and long-term professional growth.

Candidate Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited institution

• Completion of an accredited Pain Medicine fellowship

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine

• Active or eligible Florida medical license

• Proficiency in interventional techniques including spinal cord stimulation, epidurals, and nerve blocks

• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
