ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Technical Delivery Lead to serve as the single point of contact for a senior mobile engineering pod supporting a major initiative at a high-scale consumer platform. You will coordinate work allocation, maintain sprint commitments, manage cross-team dependencies, and provide weekly reporting to leadership — combining iOS and Android architecture expertise with structured execution discipline.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Act as the single point of contact for the pod;

- Coordinate work allocation across pod engineers;

- Ensure sprint commitments are realistic and adhered to while maintaining visibility of cross-team dependencies impacting the pod;

- Escalate material risks within 24 hours;

- Provide a concise weekly status summary to leadership;

- Ensure effective communication flow between the pod and internal stakeholders;

- Support onboarding and ramp-up of pod engineers;

- Combine strong technical credibility with execution discipline.

MUST HAVES

- You must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the US (e.g., Green card holders, TN visa holders, GC EAD, H4 EAD, U4U with EAD), as we are unable to sponsor or take over employment visa sponsorship at this time;

- 8+ years of experience in mobile engineering environments;

- Proven experience using AI-powered development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT) as part of day-to-day engineering workflows, along with hands-on experience integrating and supporting AI/LLM-powered features or services in production systems;

- Demonstrated experience coordinating delivery across multiple engineers;

- Strong understanding of modern iOS and Android architecture;

- Experience operating in high-scale consumer applications;

- Comfortable operating under executive visibility;

- Upper-intermediate English level.
