Customer Service Travel Coordinator (Remote)
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Travel Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist clients with planning and booking travel experiences while delivering exceptional customer service from start to finish. Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients via phone, email, and online platforms
- Assist clients with travel planning, including accommodations, transportation, and activities
- Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Maintain accurate client records and booking details
- Stay informed on travel trends, destinations, and industry updates
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable using online tools and booking platforms
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous customer service or travel experience is a plus, but not required
