Overview:
We're looking for top-tier, service-focused professionals to help create exceptional living experiences for our residents. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Part-Time Leasing Consultant to join our team of talented property professionals. In this role, you'll leverage your sales, customer service, and marketing abilities to connect with prospective residents, introduce them to our community, and turn inquiries into new leases. You'll be a relationship builder, brand ambassador, and vital part of the resident experience from the first interaction through move-in and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to work weekends- total of three 8 hour days per week
- Build strong relationships with prospective residents through tours, calls, emails, and in-person interactions, presenting apartment homes and community amenities in a confident, professional manner.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource on community features, floorplans, amenities, pricing, and how they compare to local competitors.
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency in responding to inquiries, conducting timely follow-ups, overcoming objections, and converting prospects into leases.
- Manage the entire leasing process, including applicant qualification, lease preparation, move-ins, rent calculations, prorations, and financial communications. Assist in evaluating applicant documents and preparing files for manager approval.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of leasing activity, prospect traffic, application materials, lease files, and system updates.
- Actively contribute to achieving occupancy goals through new leases, lease renewals, and managing a future resident waitlist.
- Support marketing efforts by conducting outreach and networking activities to generate new leads and referrals.
- Ensure the leasing office, model apartments, and community amenities are tour-ready and presentable at all times.
- Provide exceptional service to current and prospective residents, addressing inquiries and concerns courteously and efficiently to support overall satisfaction and retention.
- Understand and apply Fair Housing laws, lease documents, tenant-landlord regulations, and company policies.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring:
- High level of energy, enthusiasm, and a positive, solutions-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with Yardi and CRM systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is ideal.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Availability to work weekend rotation.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 2 years of leasing, sales, or hospitality experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license required.
