Portfolio Property Manager
Seacrest Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Property Manager to join our team in Lake Worth, FL. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and self-motivated professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and values building strong relationships with residents and Board members. As a key member of our property management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of a residential community, supporting both administrative and operational needs. Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned community
- Monitor and track compliance with governing documents, including managing violations
- Review and process invoices for approval
- Communicate effectively with residents, Board members, and vendors
- Coordinate with vendors and follow up on service requests
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Assist with various administrative and operational tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Experience in COA property management strongly preferred
- LCAM (Licensed Community Association Manager) certification Required
- Bilingual abilities preferred
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and email systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Self-starter who can work independently
- Outgoing and professional demeanor
