How You’ll Make a Difference

As a PCA, you are the heart of our residents' daily lives. You will:

3. Monitor Well-being: Keep a close eye on vital signs and comfort levels, reporting directly to our nursing supervisors.

What We’re Looking For

1. A high school diploma or GED.
2. A heart for service and excellent listening skills.
3. A desire to grow (we pay for your CNA certification!).
4. Age 18+ and ability to communicate effectively in English (Bilingual skills are a plus!).
