Oncology Specialist Long Island
- OTE $235â270k ; base $120â140k  (targeting $140k)
- Uncapped commissions  (~$135k  at plan) paid monthly + 3-month guarantee ; above-plan pay >100%
- Equity:  ~$10k  (up to RD level)
- Allowances:  $700/mo  car (Motus) + $250/mo  cell/internet

- Serve as the territory lead across hospital/health-system accounts;Â own the full portfolio.
- Lead contracts/pricing ; engage lab leadership, the C-Suite , and procurement.
- Call on pathology, community & hospital oncology, academic centers, reference labs, and private groups
- Oncology or diagnostic pathology background
- 5+ years  clinical/lab sales with consistent quota attainment
- Executive-level selling skills; organized, self-directed
- Bachelors degree
